Dr. Burke is the founding director of Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business Customer Interface Laboratory, a state-of-the-art facility for investigating how customers interact with new retailing technologies. His research focuses on understanding the influence of the store environment on consumer shopping behavior. Dr. Burke has also served on the faculties of the Harvard Business School and the University of Pennsylvania's Wharton School. His articles have appeared in several major journals, including the Harvard Business Review, the Journal of Consumer Research, the Journal of Marketing and Marketing Science. |
