Tom Egan Vice President, Industry Services Packaging Machinery Manufacturers Institute (PMMI)

Tom is currently Vice President, Industry Services for PMMI. He focuses on technologies in support of PMMI’s Pack Expo trade exhibitions and conference programs to aid members’ pursuit of business. As staff liaison to multiple professional committees, he is involved with technical and commercial issues of interest to all member companies. His team plans and organizes several PMMI packaging conferences on both packaging market trends and technical issues. Tom is also responsible for the www.packexpo.com industry website and PMMI’s PMT magazine. Prior to PMMI, Tom was with a number of engineering firms including B-W Design Group and also Shibuya Hoppmann, a supplier of automation machinery to pharmaceutical, food, beverage, personal care and household care markets.
