Dard has extensive experience in ethnographic field research and management, and is an expert in managing large, technology-based, point-of-experience observation and intercept research. He holds a Ph.D. in Anthropology from Columbia University, where he was a Fulbright-Hays scholar, served on the core curriculum committee and won the teaching award for excellence.
