Graham has enjoyed a remarkable and decorated career as an author and leading international advertising man, working with agencies Ogilvy Benson & Mathers (O&M) and, for many years, with Saatchi & Saatchi. During his career, he was recruited to help turn Procter & Gamble's UK business around, which he did. And then was called upon to do the same for Pampers in Europe and then Oil of Olay globally. In 2004, he developed Visionary Thinking, a consultancy he and Mick Yates (ex- Chairman Johnson & Johnson Asia/Pacific) established for companies expanding internationally. One of their clients was retail marketing consultancy and services firm dunnhumby, one of the most admired international specialists in customer management, analysis and insight. In 2005, he joined their team. After a fascinating career with premier agencies developing brands around the globe, Graham currently leads and develops dunnhumby Retail Media, a new division that manages, plans, sells, fulfills and evaluates a retailer's media estate. dunnhumby partners with the world's leading retailers and uses consumer transaction data to drive retailer and CPG marketing, media and communication decisions.
