At PepsiCo, Sonja devises retail strategies and new product innovation for select channels. In her five years with PepsiCo, she developed and led key research that identified category drivers, shopper mind state and upside opportunities for many of Pepsiās top 10 retailers. In addition, she was the project lead and key conceptualizer for the building and application of Frito-Lay's S.M.A.R.T. Learning Center in Dallas, a 28,000-square-foot, state-of-the-art learning lab that tests breakthrough retail solutions in a high-impact arena. Previous to Frito-Lay, she worked with several national restaurant chains including nine years with Metromedia as vice president of research and analysis, where she led research in innovation, health, strategic planning, guest satisfaction and hedonics. |
